Dixon's teammate Karlos Williams has officially been ruled out this week due to a shoulder injury.

The Bills will bring up Mike Gillislee from the practice squad, but given Dixon's experience and familiarity with the offense, he's the likely two guy behind LeSean McCoy. That said, this will be Shady's week and the best you're probably hoping for from Dixon is a few odd carries and perhaps a crack or two near the goal line.
