Develin signed his exclusive-rights free agent contract, Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald reports. Develin will return as the starting fullback, after recording just nine touches during the 2014 regular season. His solid blocking was rewarded with a one-yard touchdown reception in the AFC Championship Game against Indianapolis.
