Despite being cleared by Dr. James Andrews a few weeks ago, Wolff (knee) has not been able to participate in offseason practices, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Eagles head coach Chip Kelly recently praised Walter Thurmond, a converted cornerback who has been lining up as a first-team safety in Wolff's absence.
