McPhee was designated to return from IR on Monday, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.

McPhee has been out since Week 11 against Cleveland and went on IR on Nov. 20 after having arthroscopic surgery on his knee. He now has a 21-day window to practice with the team before moving to the active roster or be lost for the season. However, McPhee could return as soon as Sunday against the Bengals.
