David Wilson (neck) will sit out the rest of the week and be reevaluated on August 4. Wilson left Tuesday's practice early with a neck burner. He underwent initial tests yesterday, and it's been determined that he won't play in Sunday's preseason opener versus the Bills. Wilson will be looked at on Mondya by Dr. Frank Cammisa, the doctor who performed Wilson's neck surgery. The Giants are going to be extremely careful here. We don't advise using a re-draft pick on Wilson.
