Dallas Clark caught three passes for 40 yards in Week 8 against the Vikings.
Clark has had far-and-away his best games as a Buc in the past two weeks, reeling in eight passes for 91 yards in the two games combined. The downside is that he saw just three targets on Thursday night, which isn't nearly enough for a start-able fantasy tight end. Tampa Bay has 10 days off before heading to Oakland, and the Raiders are one of the bottom 10 teams when it comes to covering opposing tight ends, so an end zone trip could be a possibility in Week 9.
Freemans tends to look to a RB check down over a TE so you can only expect a maximum of 5-6 receptions by the TE/FB group a game. Spread these out between Clark, Stocker and Lorig means virtually no fantasy value.

Why a tool?
I would say no TB TE is worth picking up.
