Cumberland left Friday's preseason game with an apparently serious left leg injury, the San Diego Union-Tribune's Michael Gehlken reports.

Cumberland was then carted into the locker room for further evaluation with a towel hanging over his head. Even a healthy Cumberland would have struggled to be a viable fantasy option in most formats this season, as he was trailing Antonio Gates, among others, on the depth chart.
