Cribbs was released by the Colts on Friday, Adam Caplan of ESPN reports. Cribbs appeared in six games last season but the Colts are expected to utilize rookie Phillip Dorsett as their new returner who was selected in the first round of the draft Thursday. It would be hard to imagine Cribbs not finding a spot on another roster at a later date, but as for now, the 31-year-old is in search of a job.
