Cowboys DT Amobi Okoye could open training camp on the active/PUP list. Okoye is recovering from an unknown medical issue, one that kept him out of the league last season. The Cowboys handed him a two-year deal in May, reuniting him with DC Rod Marinelli. Okoye is competing for a 53-man roster spot.
