Terrell's hamstring injury appears to be more severe than that of fellow Falcons cornerback Dee Alford, whom Smith termed day-to-day. Both cornerbacks were injured in Atlanta's 35-17 loss to Cincinnati. If Terrell can't play against the Panthers in Week 8, that would open up more space for Carolina's No. 1 receiver DJ Moore.
