Colts CB Jerraud Powers (turf toe, I.R.) ended up undergoing surgery to reattach a torn ligament to his right big toe. Powers described the injury as grade-3 turf toe and expects to be fully recovered in January. The impending free agent's Indianapolis future is up in the air.
