Coach Mike Tomlin is uncertain if Emmanuel Sanders (rib) will be able to play in Sunday's game against the Bengals. Sanders is expected to be a limited participant in practice this week. Players can gut it out through rib fractures, but there's often a ton of pain and high chance of aggravation. Sanders is well off the fantasy radar anyway as he's fallen back behind Mike Wallace on the depth chart.
