Coach Mike Munchak confirmed Monday that Jake Locker's left (non-throwing) shoulder popped out of place on Sunday's first-quarter sack by Texans S Glover Quin, and the Titans consider Locker "day to day." Munchak said the injury is similar to the dislocation Locker suffered in Week 1. He didn't return to that game, but was ready the next week. Perhaps the Titans will proceed with more caution this week, but the injury no longer has the look of a multi-game situation. The Titans visit Minnesota in Week 5, followed by a home test with Pittsburgh. We'll know more about Locker on Wednesday.
