Coach Leslie Frazier didn't rule out the possibility of Josh Freeman starting in Week 7. Matt Cassel completed 32-of-44 passes for 241 yards with one garbage-time touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's embarrassing 35-10 home loss to the Panthers. The Vikings could go back to Christian Ponder, but they know he's not the answer. Perhaps it's already time to throw newly signed Freeman into the fray. "We'll take a look when we get with him this week and see where he is," Frazier said about Freeman. "We've done some things with him in this first week. We'll see."
