Coach Jason Garrett reiterated the Cowboys "anticipate" backup QB Kyle Orton reporting to the team. Garrett believes this "based on conversations he has had" with Orton. Orton hasn't shown up to any of Dallas' offseason workouts, and owner Jerry Jones recently replied "I don't know" when asked about Orton's status. Orton has a huge financial incentive to report to the team eventually. If he declined, Orton would lose over $3 million in base salary, and also have to pay back the Cowboys $3 million from the three-year contract he signed in 2012.
