The third-year wideout has been receiving maintenance days for a foot injury since Week 4. Life with Geno Smith under center hasn't exactly been smooth sailing, but Metcalf has stayed afloat much better than Tyler Lockett so far. A Week 8 matchup with Jacksonville should help both receivers, while a Week 9 bye gives Russell Wilson (IR/finger) more time to recover.
