Morrow signed with Chicago in mid-March and has been cleared to take the field after sitting out the entirety of 2021 due to an ankle injury. He played in 14 games for the Raiders in 2020 and totaled 78 tackles, three sacks, one interception and one forced fumble, and he should compete for a starting spot in the Bears' linebacking corps.
