Clark signed his rookie contract with the Jets on Wednesday, Randy Lange of the Jets' official site reports.

EDGE Analysis

The Jets selected Clark (6-3, 220) in the sixth round of April's draft at 197th overall to add size and depth to a secondary in need of reinforcements. However, the Michigan product is coming off an ACL tear he sustained in the fourth game of the Wolverines' 2016 season and there's no guarantee he will regain his pre-injury form. Especially if he isn't as fast as he once was, Clark could have trouble seizing a roster spot ahead of the season opener.
