Chris Cooley (knee) has resumed practicing fully. Cooley was limited in practice heading up to Week 1. Playing through what sounds to be considerable pain has affirmed Cooley's toughness, but has also dramatically reduced his effectiveness. Fred Davis is now the tight end to own in Washington.
