Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Chris Conley had only two receptions for 32 yards in Sunday's loss to the Houston Texans. He was targeted seven times. Against a weak Texans secondary, Conley was a popular flex play with Dede Westbrook out, but the Jaguars just couldn't get their passing game going. Conley is worth a roster spot if Westbrook misses more time, but he's barely playable if Westbrook returns after the bye week.
