Chiefs claimed WR Kyle Williams off waivers from the 49ers. Williams was waived on Tuesday after losing his starting job to Mario Manningham. He caught just 12 passes for 113 yards in nine games (five starts) with the 49ers and will be reunited with QB Alex Smith. Williams will be no higher than the No. 4 receiver in Kansas City and remains off the fantasy radar.
