Charlie Whitehurst will start Sunday's game in place of the an injured Locker (wrist), ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Locker's wrist is apparently still sore, so he will give way to Whitehurst on Sunday. The report does not specify whether he will be inactive, but that presumably will be the case, and fantasy owners will want to identify a different option for Week 4.
