Chargers LG Chad Rinehart (foot) has been ruled out for Week 4 versus Dallas. Rinehart played just 16 snaps last week before leaving with the foot injury. Per the Union-Tribune San Diego, Rinehart is out for "at least" this week. Veteran Rich Ohrnberger will start in his place.
