Chargers exercised RE Corey Liuget's team option for 2015. The move locks Liuget in for 2015, but is guaranteed for injury only. That means the Bolts could still move on from Liuget prior to the beginning of the 2015 league year, though it's unlikely they will. Under the terms of the CBA, he'll make the average of the third- through 25th-highest paid players at his position during his option year. Liuget appeared to be coming on in 2012, but was a less effective pass rusher and run stopper last season.
