CB Chris Cook has been reinstated to the Vikings' 53-man roster. Cook can now resume getting paid, but will remain away from team activities indefinitely. ESPN 1500's Judd Zulgad believes Cook is "probably going to be away from team for rest of season." It's unclear why the Vikings ended Cook's ban after just two weeks when he was eligible to be suspended for four, but it's likely a grievance was filed. For now, the Vikings are going forward with Cedric Griffin, Antoine Winfield and Asher Allen at cornerback.
