Carroll (concussion) passed concussion protocol and was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News reports.

Carroll will now return to the field after missing last week's win over the Falcons. The cornerback's return is a big boost to the Eagles' secondary, as he'll play a major in slowing down Seattle's wideouts on Sunday. If he sees his reps limited because of the injury, look for C.J.
