Cadet caught 6-of-6 targets for 59 yards in Sunday's 38-17 loss to the Saints. He gained one yard on his only carry. Cadet, who previously had just two carries and one reception this season, surprisingly handled most of the work on passing downs, leaving just four touches for Pierre Thomas. If he holds on to the role, Cadet could pile up quite a few catches, as Thomas and Darren Sproles combined for 148 last year. While he mostly played well in Sunday's game, Cadet did lose a fumble during garbage time. There's some chance he won't be in next week's gameplan, but the same is essentially true of Thomas. With Khiry Robinson handling most of the early-down work in Mark Ingram's (hand) absence, Thomas and Cadet will need to pile up most of their points through the air.
