Bucs re-signed WR Tiquan Underwood. Underwood was released at final cuts. He's back now to help out on special teams and in the slot with Sammie Stroughter (foot) sidelined. Underwood filled that role for Bucs rookie coach Greg Schiano at Rutgers.
