Browns signed P Brad Maynard. After Richmond McGee faceplanted in Week 1 with three shanks, the Browns quickly move on. Maynard, 37, averaged 40.1 yards per punt last season for the Bears but ranked 29th in net average. He's more of a directional kicker at this point.
