Browns OLB Chris Gocong's (Achilles') rehab is "on target," and he's started running. Coach Rob Chudzinski says he wasn't sure if Gocong would be ready for OTAs, but he's fully expected to be good for training camp. Gocong is due a $4.45 million salary with a $100,000 workout bonus, and could be asked to take a pay cut.
