Brandon Jacobs rushed seven times for 16 yards in New York's Week 17 win over the Cowboys. Jacobs did not make a catch, and also put the ball on the ground. The Giants were able to recover it, however. Jacobs was held to two yards or fewer on four of his seven totes, and stopped short on both a 3rd-and-1 and 4th-and-1. He ends 2011 with 152 rushes for 671 yards, 15 catches for 128 yards and eight total touchdowns. This is the first time since 2006 Jacobs has posted less than 800 yards on the ground. Due $4.4 million in what will be his age-30 season in 2012, Jacobs may have to take a pay-cut to remain in New York.
