Bills.com confirms DT Kyle Williams is recovering from surgery on his right Achilles' tendon. Williams had left Achilles' surgery last year. While he avoided a complete rupture of the right Achilles' -- it was "frayed" -- he's yet to be medically cleared to participate in any workouts. Last year's rehab of a similar injury sidelined Williams for five months. Williams remained highly effective, grading out as Pro Football Focus' No. 3 defensive tackle behind Geno Atkins and Gerald McCoy. The buildup of surgeries is still a concern.
