Bills WR David Clowney says he was recently clocked at 4.38 in the 40. The Bills were looking for speed when they signed Clowney to a reserve/future contract last month, and he apparently still has plenty of it heading into his age-27 season. His problem has always been his hands, however. Clowney is a longshot to crack the Bills' 53-man roster after going unsigned in 2011.
