Bills placed K Rian Lindell (shoulder) on injured reserve, ending his season. Lindell suffered a shoulder injury while making a tackle on a kickoff return a month ago. The Bills conceded last week that he's ready to kick again, but there's concern that the shoulder wouldn't hold up if he was forced to make a tackle again. Lindell is a free agent in 2012. Dave Rayner will handle kicking chores the rest of the way.
