Bills OLB Chris Kelsay (calf) is expected to return to his starting job against the Redskins this week. Kelsay will start on one side with Danny Batten on the other. Coach Chan Gailey plans a rotation, however, with Arthur Moats and Spencer Johnson also seeing plenty of snaps. With Kyle Williams and Shawne Merriman out, the Bills are still a terrific matchup for opposing fantasy players.
