Bills DE Chris Kelsay (neck) has a 50-50 shot of playing in Thursday's game against the Dolphins. Kelsay missed the Week 10 loss to the Patriots and now the short week is working against him. The Bills will also be without fellow DE Mark Anderson (knee). Kyle Moore and Shawne Merriman are next up on the depth chart opposite Mario Williams.
