Bethea racked up nine tackles (eight solo) and an interception in Sunday's loss to the Panthers.

EDGE Analysis

Bethea was all over the field Sunday, filling up the stat sheet for his IDP owners. It is a nice step up from his four-tackle performance in Week 1. The veteran safety is only two seasons removed from a streak of four consecutive 100-plus tackle campaigns. With good health and Chip Kelly's uptempo offense, he could hit the century mark for the first time since joining the 49ers.
