Bengals FB Orson Charles was arrested in Madison County, Kentucky on Monday night for first degree wanton endangerment. It's a felony charge. A person guilty of wanton endangerment shows extreme indifference to the value of human life and chooses to engage in conduct that creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person. Charles is currently awaiting arraignment and for his bond to be set.
