Ben Roethlisberger (ribs, shoulder) was held out of Wednesday's practice. It's a matter of when, not if, Big Ben is ruled out for Week 12. Charlie Batch will start against the Browns. Roethlisberger is expected to make a run at suiting up in Week 13, but Week 14 remains a more realistic return date.
