Bears signed WR Josh Morgan to a one-year contract. Morgan, 29 in June, finished 2013 in Washington with 20 catches for 217 yards and no touchdowns. He's been in steady decline since flashing early-career promise in San Francisco. A plus blocker but simply not a big-time receiving threat, Morgan will put heat on Marquess Wilson for Chicago's No. 3 wideout role. Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Marshall are obviously entrenched as starters.
