Harmon has signed a deal to join Washington's practice squad.

After getting drafted by Washington in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Harmon was cut by the team midway through August. The receiver will rejoin the team, however, this time on the practice squad. With Curtis Samuel coming off the IR list soon, Harmon likely won't get pulled up to Washington's active roster anytime soon.
