Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) was listed as a non-participant in practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. Evans was working off to the side with a trainer on Wednesday but he's just not ready to return in Week 10 to face the San Francisco 49ers and is fully expected to miss a third straight game.
