Already eight pounds heavier, Jets OLB Aaron Maybin says he's looking to add even more weight to his 240-pound frame. Maybin is trying to lock down a role in the team's base package. Currently, he's penciled in as the No. 3 outside linebacker, but projected starter Bryan Thomas is recovering from an Achilles injury. With Calvin Pace, David Harris, Bart Scott, and rookie Demario Davis in the mix at linebacker, starter's reps for Maybin will likely hinge on a Thomas setback.
