Elliott carried the ball nine times for 32 yards and caught all six of his targets for 36 yards in Sunday's 19-9 loss to Kansas City, but he briefly left the game with a lower-body injury, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
While he tied for the team lead in receptions, Tony Pollard led the team in rushing yards and Elliott left the game after getting his leg trapped under a tackler along the sidelines in the first half. He was able to return to action, however, and Zeke didn't seem concerned about the injury affecting his availability for a Thanksgiving Day clash with the Raiders, per Machota. "Just the same knee, the same knee injury I've been dealing with. It's feeling better, but I rolled up on it, and kind of hurt it. Overall, it's definitely getting better," Elliott said after the game. With Amari Cooper (COVID-19) already ruled out for Thursday and CeeDee Lamb suffering a concussion in Sunday's loss, Dallas can ill afford to lose their star running back as well.
