According to BuffaloBills.com, "all signs" point toward Scott Chandler (ACL) being a full participant in training camp on the heels of his "remarkable recovery."
"I think the biggest thing for me then is going to be how much I can do consecutively," Chandler said. "Is it going to be three days (in a row) or will I be able to go all four days and then have a day off. I was encouraged by what I did during minicamp. I was able to do three hard days in a row of stuff and I still felt good." Chandler is now seemingly certain to be ready for Week 1, but it's unclear how he'll fit into OC Nathaniel Hackett's system after scoring 12 combined touchdowns the past two seasons. He's a middle-of-the-road TE2.

he has the size and ability to break out. he just needs the right system and QB to do it.
