49ers WR Jon Baldwin is not expected to be active on game days to begin the season. Baldwin is no higher than fourth on the receiver depth chart, and lacks the special teams value of Kyle Williams. Baldwin could eventually push Marlon Moore out of the starting lineup at X receiver, but is still in the process of learning Jim Harbaugh's offense. He's not roster-worthy in 12-team leagues.
