49ers signed No. 131 overall pick RB Marcus Lattimore to a four-year contract. Lattimore will likely spend all of 2013 as a reserve while he continues to rehab his knee. He was touted as having "top-10" ability pre-injury, and the 49ers plan to have him 100 percent healthy for 2014.
