49ers RB Marcus Lattimore (knee surgeries) is taking handoffs at OTAs at less than full speed. He's practicing without a brace. Per beat writer Matt Barrows, Lattimore "didn't appear to be going at full speed but didn't look hindered either." Coach Jim Harbaugh revealed Lattimore previously dealt with a hamstring strain, which threatened his availability for rookie minicamp. He did wind up taking part on a limited basis. We remain skeptical Lattimore will make a 2014 impact.
