49ers declared RB Brandon Jacobs, QB Scott Tolzien, WR A.J. Jenkins, RB LaMichael James, S Trent Robinson, G Joe Looney and NT Ian Williams inactive for Week 10 against the Rams. There are no surprises for a team that enters Week 10 as one of the healthier clubs in the league. However, there are questions about why the 49ers signed Jacobs, or used early draft picks on Jenkins and James if they were never going to play. All three players are well off the radar in redraft fantasy leagues.
