Edwards rushed 19 times for 80 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 31-24 win over the Cardinals. He also caught both of his targets for 14 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards had just one touchdown through six games, but he found the end zone last week while posting a season-high 144 scrimmage yards before this three-touchdown performance. He powered in a one-yard touchdown in the final minute of the first half, then scored from seven yards out in the third quarter and added another one-yard touchdown in the fourth. Edwards also set season highs in carries and rushing yards while tying his season high in catches for good measure. He's the clear lead back in Baltimore heading into a Week 9 home game against the Seahawks.

Edwards rushed the ball 14 times for 64 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-6 win over the Lions. He added one reception on one target for 80 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards handled nearly all of the work out of Baltimore's backfield, accounting for 14 of 18 carries by the team's running backs. He did well with the opportunity, tallying a long gain of 20 yards while also finding the end zone from two yards away. Edwards capped his performance with an 80-yard catch-and-run midway through the third quarter. His production as a pass catcher shouldn't be counted on given that he has only four targets in seven games this season, but he has a role near the goal line and is a threat to score on a weekly basis.

Edwards carried the ball 16 times for 41 yards and caught his only target for 12 yards in Sunday's 24-16 win over the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
While he saw 17 touches to Justice Hill's 11 on the day, Edwards was far less effective on the ground with a 2.6 YPC, and Lamar Jackson wound up leading the Ravens with 62 rushing yards. The team's backfield will likely remain a timeshare, but Hill appears to be the more dangerous of the two backs with the ball in his hands. Edwards will face a tough test in Week 7 against a Lions defense that's given up only two rushing TDs and less than 50 rushing yards a game to RBs so far in 2023.

Edwards rushed the ball 12 times for 48 yards in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards remained the lead back in the Baltimore backfield in terms of carries, but he ceded work as a pass catcher and in the red zone to Justice Hill. That left Edwards with an empty stat line despite a relatively efficient rushing performance. He should continue to have a role moving forward, but it isn't likely to be particularly fantasy-friendly.

Edwards rushed 15 times for 48 yards and caught two of three targets for one yard in Sunday's 28-3 win over the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
After ultimately avoiding entering the concussion protocol following an exit from the Week 3 loss to the Colts, Edwards suited up in Week 4 and led the Ravens in rushing attempts while Justice Hill (foot) and Melvin Gordon got just three carries apiece. Lamar Jackson ran in two touchdowns, and the quarterback now has four rushing touchdowns to Edwards' one, but Edwards has pulled away as the team's primary running back heading into a Week 5 trip to Pittsburgh.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh confirmed after Wednesday's practice that Edwards is not in the NFL's concussion protocol, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards was a full participant in the Ravens' first Week 4 practice, and Harbaugh's comments following the session indicate that the running back is in the clear for Sunday's game in Cleveland since he won't be subject to the five-step protocol. The 27-year-old carried 11 times for 51 yards before exiting late in the fourth quarter of this past weekend's 22-19 overtime loss to the Colts to be evaluated for a concussion, but he was apparently never diagnosed with a brain injury.

Edwards (concussion) was listed as a full practice participant Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards was evaluated for a concussion during this past Sunday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Colts, and even though he was back on the field three days later as a full participant in practice, the Ravens haven't yet confirmed whether the running back is still following the five-step protocol for head injuries. At the very least, Edwards' ability to practice fully suggests that he's close to being removed from the protocol, if he was diagnosed with a concussion following his departure from the Week 3 loss. Meanwhile, fellow running back Justice Hill (foot) remained sidelined for Wednesday's session, so Edwards may be the healthier of the two heading into this Sunday's game in Cleveland.

Edwards (head) is at practice Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards left Sunday's loss to the Colts in the second half to be evaluated for a concussion and didn't end up returning during the fourth quarter or overtime. Melvin Gordon filled in as the lead back down the stretch, with the Ravens having already lost J.K. Dobbins to a Achilles tear Week 1 and Justice Hill to turf toe Week 2. Hill missed another practice Wednesday and thus seems less likely than Edwards to suit up this Sunday in Cleveland.

Edwards is being evaluated for a concussion during Sunday's game against the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Prior to his exit from the contest, Edwards carried 11 times for 51 yards. In his absence, Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake are available to handle Baltimore's backfield duties, with Justice Hill (foot) inactive Sunday.

Edwards could have less competition for backfield snaps and touches Sunday against the Colts, as fellow running back Justice Hill (foot) has been ruled out.
EDGE Analysis
Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, Hill suffered a toe injury in practice during Week 3 prep. Through two weeks, Hill has notched 19 carries to Edwards' 18. While Edwards is expected to handle the bulk of the rushing attempts Sunday, veterans Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake are likely to spell him in passing situations, assuming both are elevated from the practice squad.
